5 Common SEM Mistakes to Watch Out For

Search engine marketing (SEM) is known to produce far more rapid results than even the most effective SEO campaign. Though SEM cannot take the place of diligent and ongoing SEO, it is definitely an effective supplement. However, small business owners who’ve opted to handle SEM on their own should take care to avoid these 5 costly mistakes that can undermine these efforts and cause unnecessary spending.

1. Designing Poor Landing Pages

Your landing pages should be clean, clear, and easy to navigate, and they should also be wholly in line with the needs of the people using the keywords you’re targeting. If web users cannot instantly find the information they’re looking for, you’ll be paying for wasted clicks.

2. Making It Difficult to Purchase a Product

Though getting a person to opt in to your email marketing campaign can be an additional benefit of a productive click, it should never be your foremost concern. Don’t make it difficult for people to complete their purchases. If buyers can’t get what they want without a ton of hassle, they may set out in search of more accommodating platforms. Install a “Buy Now” button on your website and give visitors the option of opting in on your checkout page.

3. Targeting the Wrong Keywords

There are many factors that must be considered when choosing keywords for your SEM campaigns, including per-click costs, relevance to targeted buyer personas, and the frequency at which these search terms are being used. If you don’t have the right skills or resources for doing effective keyword research on your own, think about outsourcing these efforts to a professional San Diego SEO agency. Targeting the wrong keywords can leave you paying for clicks that don’t result in sales, which will eventually exhaust your marketing budget.

4. Overlooking the Need for Mobile-Friendly Landing Pages

Make sure your landing pages are mobile-friendly. If they aren’t, more than half of the site visitors from your SEM campaigns will bounce right back to the search results. A mobile-friendly landing page will have limited text, plenty of high-quality images, and an intuitive and easy-to-navigate layout. Make sure to hire a trusted San Diego web development company to create mobile-friendly landing pages for your site.

5. Not Tracking Campaign Results

Failing to track SEM campaigns is the top cause of excess spending, and it also eliminates the ability to streamline campaigns for better results in the future. Once your campaign is live and active, start checking analytics regularly and begin tweaking these efforts for increasingly better returns.

Saba SEO is here to help your company avoid making these and other common SEM mistakes. Get in touch with us at 858-951-1717, and we can help you come up with a strong and effective SEM campaign. We hope to hear from you soon.

3 Popular and Effective Techniques to Use in SEM

According to SEO experts in San Diego, search engine marketing (SEM) has one main purpose: placing your content in front of the right set of eyes online. Achieving this goal means preparing content for both humans and search engines, preferably in that order. There are a handful of SEM techniques that are not only popular, but consistently effective for both big and small businesses looking to attract attention and get conversions.

1. Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

In general terms, SEO refers to how any of your online content naturally ranks based on specific criteria applied to every website, blog, or social media page. This is the approach to SEM where keywords or phrases come into play. Organic search also includes the quality of links on your website, page load time, and other factors.

2. Local Search

If your business is based on local customers, this approach to SEM will likely benefit you. Local search often involves the use of online directories and maps as well as customer comments and reviews. Maintaining a consistent business name, address, and phone number is important with local search because it ensures potential customers can find and contact you.

3. Pay-Per-Click (PPC)

PPC is a form of SEM where you bid for how much you are willing to pay when someone clicks your ad or link. The higher you bid, the more prominently your ad will appear on search engine results pages. According to Saba SEO in San Diego, PPC campaign management can be highly effective and provide immediate results, but the campaigns can also be expensive if you’re not mindful of your budget.

Despite claims of certain approaches to SEM being “the best,” an assertion often made about organic search, you may also see positive results with local search and PPC. The good thing about search engine marketing is the ability to precisely track results. If something’s not working, adjustments can easily be made and campaigns can be tested prior to a full-scale launch.

Reaching Customers Via Cross Channel Promotion

In today’s world, there are many ways to get your message across to customers. Direct mail, social media, text messages, email, and even good old-fashioned mail order catalogs can be used to get your message to the intended audience. The key to connecting with customers is to deliver your message effectively via multiple methods. Saba SEO, a leading San Diego optimization firm, wants to welcome you to the world of cross-channel promotion.

Define Your Purpose for Each Channel

The same campaign can be promoted in a different way on each channel you wish to use. Alter the wording you use on each channel to reflect how users are likely to respond to what’s presented. For instance, social media users generally don’t like to be “sold” to, so present offers without being too pushy. Conversely, people who have signed up for your emails are more likely to be receptive to a sales pitch.

Provide Multiple Methods of Engagement

Connect your channels by giving your recipients multiple ways to respond. For instance, you might send out a catalog that has an order form inside as well as your website address so orders can be placed online. You can also send out emails as part of a campaign that includes a link to your site and a phone number because some customers prefer to interact with an actual person.

Test Responses on Some Channels

A marketing campaign may start with an email and continue with a follow-up direct mailer for recipients who have shown interest, or you may send out text message alerts first to gauge interest in a particular offer before extending it to your website and other channels. Just because “everybody” is using mobile-friendly channels doesn’t mean your customers can’t also be effectively reached through other channels. Do some experimenting to see what combinations work best for your various campaigns. Regardless of the channels you use, maintain consistency with your message so your brand image is reinforced.

At Saba SEO, a trusted search engine marketing agency in San Diego, we believe in thinking outside the box to help our clients thrive. Whether it’s through cross channel promotion or PPC management, we can find the most effective way to drive more online traffic to your company’s website. 5 Ways to Ensure Customers Reach Your Hotel’s Website

Though online travel agents currently dominate the travel market, there are still many things you can do to get direct bookings via your company website. The staff at Saba SEO, a leading San Diego SEO services company, believes the right marketing strategies, pricing schemes, and incentives can totally change the way your hotel gets business. Here are 5 ways to make sure customers reach your hotel’s website.

1. Create a User-Friendly Platform That’s Optimized for Search Engines

If your website is old, poorly coded, slow to load, or difficult to navigate, people will continue to leave it for more intuitive and user-friendly platforms. If you haven’t done so already, entrust your site’s design and management to a team of seasoned professionals who can tighten the platform up, increase its aesthetic appeal, and optimize your pages for search engines. If your company can’t be easily found on Google, Yahoo, and Bing, you’re definitely missing out on business.

2. Offer a Few Value-Added Packages

One reason why online travel agents garner so much business is the fact they offer a number of high-value, multi-service packages. Though it may not be feasible for you to offer third-party services on your website, you can still create packages that give your customers more for their money. For instance, offer platform users complimentary drinks, free parking, or even itinerary planning services. You can also make some of your best deals exclusive by reserving them solely for email subscribers, social media fans or followers, or members of your loyalty program. This gives people incentive to opt in to these campaigns.

3. Have a Mobile Booking Platform

Travel arrangements are another thing web users are increasingly handling via their smartphones and tablets. Make sure your site is accessible and fully functional on mobile devices. If you want to compete with online travel agents, you must do more than simply accommodate laptop and PC users.

4. Upload Advertising Videos

With consumers becoming more visually oriented each passing day, adding videos to your website and uploading room tours to YouTube, Facebook Live, and other platforms can be incredibly effective for increasing engagement and conversions. Always be sure to include links to your web pages in the descriptions for this content, and direct people to pages that are relevant to their stage of the purchasing process.

5. Make It Easy for Guests to Book Reservations

Making people sign up as members or opt in to email marketing campaigns before they can book rooms is guaranteed to have a limiting effect on your conversions. Instead, make it as easy as possible for people to complete their reservations. Install a “Book Now” button and only collect personal information as part of the booking process. You can make opting in an option when checking out.

6 Crucial Stats for Your SEO Campaign

The last thing you want to do when planning a marketing or paid advertising campaign is just cross your fingers and hope it resonates well with your intended audience or gives you a return on your investment. SEO stat tracking can reduce some of this uncertainty. You’ll get a better picture of where you stand if you focus on several important pieces of information. Here are 6 essential SEO stats you’ll want to keep in mind as you plan your campaign.

1. Keyword Rankings

Checking how your selected keywords rank lets you know if you’re using the right keywords for your target audience. For instance, you may be using keywords that are too competitive to be effective for you. If this is the case, opting for less competitive variations may be better for achieving a return on your investment.

2. Link Authority

Google cares if backlinks to your site are from credible sources. Launching or adjusting a campaign without knowing this information could result in a surprise SEO penalty. Pay particular attention to any new links you acquire, as well as older ones that may no longer be active or valid.

3. Organic Search Traffic

Before you can plan any SEO campaign, San Diego SEO experts recommend having a good understanding of how much traffic your existing content is generating. Google Analytics will provide all your organic search details in the form of several useful graphs accessible from your main dashboard.

4. Traffic by Device

Further dive into your traffic stats as you plan your SEO campaign to learn how people are finding you online. There are differences in how you’d plan a campaign for desktop visitors, social media users, and people who are coming to your site after checking out your blog.

5. Bounce Rate

San Diego SEO marketing experts recommend rethinking your SEO strategy for your next campaign. One way to do this is by looking at your bounce rates. Clickers who don’t stay long on your site may be bailing because your meta descriptions aren’t an accurate reflection of your content.

6. Page Load Times

Though it may seem like a technical matter, page load time can have an impact on SEO results. Pages that take longer than 5 to 10 seconds to load aren’t going to get much love from click-happy visitors. Page speed can also affect rankings, so it’s definitely something you’ll want to test before you launch your campaign.

At Saba SEO, we believe there are many layers to helping a company plan a successful SEO campaign. If you need help with web design, mobile app development, or AdWords, San Diego is home to an SEO firm you can trust and rely on. Give us a call at 858-951-1717 today to learn more.

How Will RankBrain’s Artificial Intelligence Continue to Affect SEO in 2017?

San Diego marketing companies and website owners have been diligently tracking the effects of algorithm updates for years. However, efforts to stay ahead of updates and the penalties and setbacks these might entail have become far more complicated than anyone could have ever imagined. Google’s learning machine RankBrain has played a significant role in determining where sites will end up on search engine results pages, and it continues to do so in 2017.

What RankBrain Is

Artificial intelligence sounds a lot like something out of a science fiction movie, and many people still have a hard time believing this incredibly advanced technology exists. What’s truly mind-blowing about RankBrain is that it is impossible to define. RankBrain expands its knowledge and capabilities every time a new Google search is run. What RankBrain knows today is far more than it knew yesterday, and every new day filled with billions of Google searches only enhances its overall functionality.

How RankBrain Affects Your Website

RankBrain has the ability to match keywords with relevant synonyms. For instance, if a web user types “how can I find a good local plumber,” RankBrain can pull both exact matches and websites with content that reads, for instance, “how to find a reputable plumbing professional.” This increases both the number and the quality of results people receive. For site owners, it also means the days of scrapping and repurposing content are officially over. Never before has it been more important to source or craft content that is entirely unique. Unlike when the Google algorithm is used as a standalone mechanism for determining page rank, RankBrain spots duplicate content and redundant ideas like no other.

Black Hat SEO Is Soon to Be a Thing of the Past

One of Google’s primary goals with RankBrain has been to eliminate black hat SEO, which means site owners who have not done so already need to move away from solely using web and niche directories to build their link profiles. Purchasing social media fans and likes should also be done away with. If a campaign or the strategies it entails are not aimed at providing web users with value, these things will be penalized.

Why You Should Move Away from Using Automated SEO Processes

Many low-quality SEO services use nothing but automated SEO tools. In fact, the worst of these are using SEO tools as “set it and forget it” solutions. You need to have an automated tracking process in place because it is the only way to know for sure whether or not your investments are working for you. However, with AI playing an ever-increasing role in determining how your page ranks, you need the benefit of hands-on SEO services. San Diego SEO professionals are constantly working to stay ahead of what’s projected to be a series of unprecedented changes in the SEO game.

To find out how RankBrain will continue to affect your website’s ranking this year and beyond, get in touch with Saba SEO. Our services include, but are not limited to, search engine optimization, pay per click, management, and professional website design. San Diego SEO professionals are here to help your company grow and thrive. Give us a call today at 858-951-1717 to learn more.

5 Elements of a Successful PPC Campaign

Pay-per-click (PPC) marketing is currently the only way to land a spot on the first page of search engine results pages. It’s also the quickest and easiest way to garner more attention for your business and drive more traffic to your site. Saba SEO, a leading San Diego PPC company, shares 5 essential elements for a successful PPC campaign.

1. A Feasible Budget

You can’t implement an effective PPC campaign until you know just how much you’re willing and able to spend. With PPC, you’ll be paying for both productive and unproductive clicks. It’s important to understand the risk you’re taking, and your overall tolerance for this risk. It’s generally best to start small, experiment with a few ads, and make informed adjustments before going in with a larger investment.

2. Ability to Identify the Actual Search Terms Your Market Is Using

Although you can use keyword search tools to identify words and phrases that might be worth using in your campaign, not all of these resources are as accurate as they claim to be. It’s important to understand how people talk, particularly when discussing businesses like yours and the services or products they supply. Keep in mind people who’ve yet to work with you are far less likely to use the industry jargon that’s common among more seasoned buyers. One easy way to enhance your keyword research is by asking your current clients which search terms they used to find your business before making their initial purchases.

3. Something to Make People Act

The best PPC ads have valuable offers that make people stop and take notice. It’s not enough to tell people you have what they’re looking for, you also have to give them a reason to purchase it from you. Making PPC offers limited in duration is a common and highly effective strategy for inciting a sense of buyer urgency. Your offer should always include a clear call to action.

4. An Effective Landing Page Design

It’s not enough to draw traffic in. You also have to give people exactly what they want and expect. Make sure your chosen landing page reflects the stage of the purchasing process visitors are most likely to be in. Also, try not to make the purchasing process overly convoluted by asking people to fill out lengthy subscription or membership forms. Consider installing “Buy Now” buttons or any other tools that streamline the user’s experience.

5. Tracking, Monitoring, and Split Testing

As with all forms of online marketing, tracking is absolutely vital for knowing whether or not your monies are working for you. Consider using analytics packages from a third-party provider or from your own ad network. Analytics will give you a broad and all-inclusive view of your PPC performance, while split testing will show you how minor changes in an individual ad’s design affect its reception.

Whether you need help with managing a PPC campaign or want to optimize the content on your website to make it more search engine-friendly, you can trust in Saba SEO, the best SEO company San Diego has to offer. Do You Really Need an SEO Consultant? (or Can You Do It Yourself)?

In many ways, Search engine optimization certainly seems easy enough. Site owners simply need to register their URLs, target the right keywords, generate and publish high-quality content, build a few organic, inbound links, and wait for things to happen. However, SEO is an incredibly involved process. Moreover, it’s an ongoing effort with requirements that are constantly changing. Following are just a few of the many reasons why you should seriously consider outsourcing this task to a qualified SEO consultant.

RankBrain Has Changed Everything

Google’s artificial intelligence system RankBrain may not have assumed the entire responsibilities of the Google algorithm, it is among the top 3 factors that determine how sites rank. Conceptually, it’s easy to perceive RankBrain as a software with limited, humanlike abilities. However, this AI is designed to constantly increase its capabilities through exposure, which means every time someone uses Google to run a search, RankBrain learns something new and becomes more proficient in organizing search results according to human needs and preferences. RankBrain has changed the SEO game entirely, and it will take knowledgeable and seasoned SEO professionals to devise campaigns that continue to bode well for businesses well into the future.

Black Hat SEO Is Soon to Be Gone Forever

A lot of business owners think black hat SEO techniques are glaringly obvious and easy to avoid. In reality, the definition of black hat SEO is always evolving in relation to Google, Bing, and Yahoo’s increasing commitment to providing quality results. Now that AI technologies are a part the algorithms for determining the order of search engine results pages (SERPs), black hat tactics like scrapping and rewriting content, purchasing social media likes, and solely using web directories to build link profiles are becoming easier to spot and penalize. There’s simply no tricking the system now. Though today’s SEO campaigns can certainly have automated components, smart SEO consultants are diligently integrating these with a much more hands-on approach. The process of optimizing for search engines is therefore becoming a more time-consuming effort, and one that requires individualized and integrated solutions for each website.

You Need Efficient Tracking to Control Your Spending and Calculate Your Returns

Tracking is a vital reason to hire a trusted SEO firm in San Diego County. Without it, you’ll never know just how much money you’re spending or what your cash is doing for you. In fact, many business owners who opt to tackle this process on their own end up spending way more than they mean to and never have a clear understanding of which investments are bringing them closer to their goals.

Good SEO Always Entails Proactive Reputation Management

Reputation management is a critical part of the search engine optimization process. With more online attention, there is always an increased risk of reputation damage. SEO professionals implement several proven tactics for bolstering brands against unwarranted attacks, which allows businesses to preserve their hard-won commercial images by positioning themselves as industry experts and actively building trust across their markets.

SEO Has an Important Technical Component

Unless you’re a technical expert, you’ll definitely need to hire a professional web development company in San Diego. One large part of optimizing a site is making sure it’s coded properly, easy to navigate, and capable of loading quickly. You also have to ensure your web pages are visible and accessible on a broad range of devices, no matter how large or small their screen sizes may be.

You’ll Need One Full-Time, In-House IT Person to Handle It All

In addition to developing a good website, sourcing or writing quality content, building links, and finding the best keywords to target, you’ll also have to keep all of your social networking profiles up to date with timely and insightful posts, track and respond to customer reviews, and constantly refine your campaigns based on your known spending and the results your investments are supplying. The demands are virtually guaranteed to become more complex and stringent as learning machines like RankBrain assume greater control in determining which sites rank well and which do not. In fact, you’ll need to have at least one full-time, in-house IT person to head these efforts up if you don’t outsource. There’s simply no way for small business owners to juggle it all and still stay on top of their normal operations. If you want to practice good SEO that succeeds in driving your website to the top of SERPs, hiring a seasoned consultant is the most cost-effective decision.

Google Updates that Dominated 2016

As many SEO experts point out, Google changes its algorithm hundreds of times every year! While many of these changes are minor, the tech giant often rolls out a major update every now and then. This leaves SEO companies and online marketers scrambling for answers.

2016 was truly an eventful year. The popular search engine continued to promote mobile-responsive websites and let out a few surprises. Here’s what made the headlines last year.

Major Updates

Major Google upgrades that made headlines in 2016 include the following,

Penguin 4.0- 23 September 2016

Google Penguin Update

After nearly two years of waiting, Google announced its Penguin update just before the last quarter of 2016. Penguin filter is designed to detect and capture all websites that spam Google’s search results. The last penguin upgrade took place in 2014. Any sites that were hit, as a result, waited for two years to regain their lost ranking.

Unlike Penguin 3.0, the new version implemented page-wise penalties. This meant that the loss in ranking only applied to individual “spammy” pages and not the whole website itself.

The first phase of Penguin 4.0 rollout was completed by 27 September 2016. Unlike the previous upgrade, the new one was gentler on websites. This means that spam-filled websites with bad links were only devalued and not penalized this time.

The second phase of Penguin 4.0 was completed by 6 October 2016. It reversed all penalties that were previously imposed by the 3.0 version. Websites that fixed their bad links and improved content quality did benefit from this rollout and were rewarded with improved ranking.

Possum- 01 September 2016

Google Possum Update

Possum was the name given to this algorithm by marketers, and not Google itself. This upgrade was meant to impact website rankings across the 3-pack Local Finder on SERP. Businesses that fell outside the physical city limits went through a huge change in their rankings. With the “possum” upgrade, Google began filtering local search results based on their addresses and proximity to the user. The impact on organic search was, however, minor.

Mobile Friendly II- 12 May 2016

In 2015, Google rolled out its mobile-friendly algorithm. This meant that the search engine considered a website’s mobile-responsiveness when determining its rank. The same tradition continued in 2016 with mobile-friendly 2 roll out. The new upgrade increased the impact of mobile-friendliness on website ranking. However, websites that were already mobile-friendly retained their ranks and remained unharmed.

No Sidebars (AdWords Shake-Up) – 23 February 2016

Google Kills Right Hand Ads

Perhaps the most visible Google update of 2016 was the removal of sidebar ads. Additionally, google added one more ad to the top of the page and hence increasing the number of ads from 3 to 4. This was a major overhaul to Google’s search engine results page (SERP).

This update helped align desktop search results with those on mobile devices. This update is predicted to have an impact on organic seo traffic because with more space at the top for ads, organic seo results have been pushed down even further. And, with only 4 spots at the top, advertisers will be willing to pay a higher bid to avoid missing out on potential ppc traffic. Thus, an increase in the average cost per click is likely for most advertisers.

Minor Updates

There were a number of unnamed, regular upgrades that resulted in massive organic seo ranking fluctuations. These include the ones on,

  • 10 November 2016- November 10 was another day of speculation. Observers noted massive drops and recoveries in rankings all across the SERP. This led many to believe that Google was testing its mobile-first index. Many reported bad dates for site launches during the next few days. Google, on the other hand, did denied making any changes to its algorithm. The matter still remains unclear.
  • 10 May 2016- During the first week of May, a number of popular search results tracking tools showed a lot of activity. Experts predicted another algorithm update. However, Google denied making any such changes. At the same time, many webmasters noted that there were no significant changes in search engine rankings. Perhaps it was a glitch or a Google flux? Guess we’ll never know for sure.
  • 08 January 2016- January began with massive fluctuations in Google’s search engine results page. Many businesses with a high ranking suddenly found themselves on the second page of search results. This led many to speculate that a Panda upgrade was rolled out. However, this was not the case.

Your Team at Saba is Always Ready for the Challenge

For this year, we can expect the search engine to speed up its efforts to improve and fine-tune its algorithm.  We are observing a huge tilt towards quality over quantity. Most experts believe that writing long blog posts or articles will have far better results in organic seo. To this end, we will be changing our tactics in the coming weeks. If you are one of our PPC management clients, we have already updated your Google Ads to benefit from the new features such as more lines of ad space, call out extensions, site link extensions, services & features, location extensions and phone extensions. Your ads are bigger and fatter than ever before. And finally, because mobile-responsive websites will continue to dominate search engine rankings, we have ensured that all of our website design are Mobile-responsive and optimized for conversion.

The experts at Saba are always ready and prepared for any impacts these changes might have on our client’s online marketing. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be part of your team in 2016. 10 SEO Topics & Keywords for the Real Estate Business

Whether crafting new content for your website or blog or gearing up for a new PPC campaign, having the right topics and keywords is essential. This is especially true in the fast-paced and highly competitive real estate industry. The staff at Saba SEO, a leading San Diego SEO firm, has put together a list of 10 topics and keywords that can help you garner more attention from your market while fostering greater levels of engagement.

1. Real Estate Rent

“Real estate rent” gets thousands of searches every month, and yet there is very low competition for it. This means you can affect a high-interest PPC campaign while paying a very small amount of money for every click you get. When using this key phrase as part of your site’s content or for the benefit of your SEO campaign, make sure it’s relevant to the topic you’re discussing so the traffic you lure in isn’t disappointed and your bounce rate stays low.

2. Best Real Estate Agent Near…

One of the most effective strategies for getting excellent returns from your SEO or PPC campaigns is to make your keywords hyper-local. Instead of merely adding in the city and state for location, think about referencing a major landmark. People always want to know how to find the top agents in their area.

3. How to Find a Real Estate Agent

This is a fairly obvious topic, but the addition of Google’s AI RankBrain has made it increasingly effective. You can craft content around finding a reputable agent, an experienced agent, or one who deals with low-credit buyers. Going for long-tail keywords allows you to target consumers who have a clear understanding of what they want and are committed to seeing their transactions through.

4. What Is Real Estate?

You might be surprised to learn there are still people who are actually asking this question, but this key phrase gets several thousand searches worldwide each month. Best of all, other site owners are equally surprised, which means this term has low-interest from marketers and reasonable PPC rates.

5. Local Real Estate Prices

This phrase has generated a medium amount of interest from marketers, and a high amount of interest from the public. This means you can use it for your PPC campaigns at an affordable cost while connecting with people who are likely still in the formative stages of the purchasing process.

6. Pros/Cons of a Short Sale

More consumers are becoming interested in the profit potential of properties that are being quickly offloaded by debt-addled homeowners. Keywords relating to the benefits and drawbacks of short sales are not just of interest to sellers, they are also garnering the attention of prospective investors. You may be able to divert this attention to your own business.

7. Tips to Get the Best Offer

When managing a PPC campaign, using keywords related to getting the best offer will likely result in reasonable per-click prices because they tend to generate only a moderate amount of interest among PPC marketers. If using this keyword for content and SEO, you’ll be able to capitalize on a high amount of interest from consumers and the potential to build trust and establish yourself as an industry authority.

8. Sell a Home Fast

There are many people attempting to offload their homes right away. However, keep in mind you’ll have to share the PPC market for this one with short sale companies targeting people who are largely interested in information pertaining to these transactions.

9. Real Estate MLS

This term has very limited competition, and yet it gets over 20,000 queries worldwide each month. Find a way to insert it into your content or use it as part of a PPC campaign, and you’ll likely see a noticeable increase in site traffic.

10. House Staging Tips

Just like there are more people looking to turn their properties over fast, there are also more consumers who want an active hand in the marketing process. This key phrase generates a high level of interest while maintaining a medium-to-low level of competition among PPC marketers.

Real estate agents aren’t the only people who need to rank high in local and organic SEO. San Diego marketing experts believe all businesses should focus on the highest quality topics and keywords to boost their rankings. At Saba SEO, we can develop a strategy to help your company grow.
